Rates

• Estate residents – £25/hour + £100 deposit 

• Non-residents – £35/hour + £100 deposit 

• Charities & voluntary organisations, or long term bookings, may qualify for a lower rate – please enquire.

Rules regarding music and noise

• The hall is in a residential area next to people's houses. We expect hirers to keep music and noise to a level that does not disturb neighbours.

• There is a decibel meter in the hall which is remotely monitored. You may lose your deposit if you exceed the maximum levels shown and neighbours complain.

Practical information

• The closest Underground station is Barons Court (Piccadilly and District Lines), which is 15 mins' walk away.

• The closest bus stops are Fulham Cross and Munster Road (routes 74, 430, 295, 211, 190), which are 3 mins' walk away.

• The Hall has capacity for 80 people.

• There is no allocated parking for users of the hall. Parking on the estate is free after 5pm and on weekends, and for Blue Badge holders in numbered bays. At other times visitors are advised to use on-street parking outside the estate.

• Hall hire is for the internal space only. There is no outside space included in the hire, and hall users must not congregate outside.
